Volunteers (Chris & Lisa Robinson)

Happy Summer everyone! We have updated the Ministry Opportunities form with some deletions and the inclusion of a new ministry opportunity, the Prayer Shawl Ministry. This is a group of individuals, female or male, who know how to (or are eager and willing to learn) knit or crochet. Shawls will be made for those in need, (i.e., those who are ill, getting married, having a baby, going off to college, moving away, etc.). Please see Jan Decker if you are interested in hearing more about, or participating in, this fabulous ministry!

PLEASE HELP

If you haven’t done so, and are a regular attendee or member of FCC, please pick up the Ministry Opportunities sheet, fill it out and check off the areas in which you are willing to help out. Return it to the Volunteer Coordinators box by the office, or give to Chris or Lisa Robinson directly.

Please be aware that filling out the form does not “commit” you to any one area. The coordinator over each area will contact you to check your availability to fill a need. If you are unsure of what your gifts and talents are, you will definitely want to take our Spiritual Gifts Workshop, to be offered soon. We will advise you of the workshop via the bulletin or newsletter.

Fill out a “We Are Called By Christ to Bear Fruit” sheet found in the Narthex.
